Great house, beautiful location. Pool was a highlight because it is set in a perfect spot to overlook the water. Host was very helpful. Layout of the house is great for people traveling in a group; rooms are separated by stairs and wings for privacy. I highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful holiday ever! We enjoyed the outdoor spaces both around the pool, terrace, and BBQ. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and enjoyed a nice time there: having meals and swimming. Would highly recommend it to everybody.

We have visited many different villas in Corfu over the past 4 years, but this one is really amazing. Nice views of the sea from the terrace. Also, nice location in a quiet neighborhood, but near to almost everything: bars, tavernas, etc. We will be back next year.

All in all a very nice and relaxing holiday. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the pool. The place is perfect for exploring the local area. Great holiday spent at Ioannas House and Nissaki. Just what we were looking for when making research for booking a villa, cozy, clean, and well decorated. A magnificent place with superb views. We enjoyed exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. I also must mention that everyone in Nissaki was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. I highly recommend this property.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Air conditioners in the bedrooms and plenty of space for a family. A peaceful location away from the main tourist strip, which makes it a perfect relaxing place. Nearby are some great tavernas, where we tried some of the Greek specialties: Dolmades, Moussaka, and Souvlaki. I also found your website very informative and all of your communication has been prompt and clear. Highly recommend!

The house and Nissaki were perfect for my family. The Ioannas House has more than everything you need! We enjoyed memorable sunsets while swimming in the pool with a glass of wine. Kids also loved the pool and played there all day long. As we went out and explored the island and beaches almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us near to everything. There are nice places with lots of restaurants and tasty local specialties. Would definitely recommend staying here.

First of all, I need to say that the villa is actually even better than in the photos! Properly cleaned with all the amenities in place. Most of the time we spend on the terrace and enjoyed the evening sea breeze. This villa is set in an absolutely beautiful location, that is very quiet and private and you are not overlooked. We also visited Kalami, Kassiopi, and Ipsos and spent a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, and sunbathing. We had the most wonderful holiday ever! We are coming back for sure.

Really great house. The inside was cozy and comfortable. The sunset and scenery from the terrace were breathtaking. Corfu is a very nice island to visit. We also hired a boat for one of the days which was great. Highly recommended by us. We will come back next year.

Just what we were looking for when making research for booking a villa. The villa had everything you would need and much more. Nice outside area with private pool, terrace, and sea view. The location and the villa are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: beaches, local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars... Looking forward to booking with them again for next year.
