Perfect stay in a perfect house on a perfect location. Total privacy, rest and a splendid view over the sea. Good restaurant in walking distance ans also a supermarket was not far away.

Me and my family had a wonderful time on holiday here. The villa was perfect and met all our needs. Facilities were excellent and the view was fantastic. We made great use of the pool and BBQ. We also had a great night at the local Taverna, and within a short easy drive you could access beaches and different places, particularly Fiskardo, which is beautiful. I would highly recommend it and would return again.

Magnificent view, nice pool and perfect location to visit some of Kefaloniaa€™s highlights: Asos, Fiscardo and famous Mirthos beach. Very nice Greek tavern only 100 m away from the apartment. Cana€™t wait to come back!

Excellent stay

It was a beautiful spacious well-equipped villa in a peaceful hillside location approx 10 mins drive from the center of Asos where there was plenty of life if you want it. The kids loved the occasional dip to the pool and also play around the villa. Villa Valio is very spacious and we were grateful for the comfort of the sitting room in the villa as the weather was unseasonably chilly at night. We do rent a hire car as we wanted to visit also other places in Kefalonia. There is no better way to enjoy an evening meal than on the veranda of Villa Valio enjoying the incredible sunsets. We hope to return soon!

Fantastic views over the bay! The location fully met our desires to where we could do day trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. Set in beautiful countryside, the villa was very comfortable and private. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces around the BBQ, pool, and terrace! We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Fiscardo and Asos are ( both reachable within a short 15-20 minutes drive). The villa is cozy, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, sea view, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

A peaceful location away from the main tourist strip which makes it a perfect relaxing place. The villa was spacious and nicely furnished (and spotlessly clean on arrival). Went there to chill out by the pool but also managed to entertain ourselves at local beaches: Αυλάκι, Jerusalem Beach, Kamini Beach. Nice and friendly people in the Fiscardo region. We enjoyed their hospitality and their help in pointing the directions, places to visit, and what local specialties to try. We also visited Fiscardo, Asos, and Agia Effimia and explored the area ( local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...). We tried great Greek specialties there. Nice holiday overall. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay. Will definitely be returning.

Excellent Villa. Outstanding location if a holiday of peace and quiet is required. Far away from the noise and close enough by car to access the North of the Island. The Taverna at the end of the driveway served the best Greek food we came across during our stay and is very reasonably priced. All in all a wonderful stay in October. Good weather, location, and accommodation. We would certainly return to this Villa and recommend it to friends

Villa Valio is a great place for peoble who like views and silence! There is just a forest between you and the sea! Because of the hill setting youll have great sunsets. The house boates everthing you might need like dishwasher and washing Machine. (We missed a BBQ tongue and a peeler).The bathrooms are very small but functional. The pool is well maintained, clear and even in october warm enough to be used. If you are there in october, like us,you should buy your basics in Argostoli cause the little shops around are nearly emty at the end of the season. There are some beautiful beaches reachable by car and the coastal road is very scenic. All in all an amacing place for holiday!!

In general, we enjoyed our holidays in the island since we have many local friends. The villa has an amazing breathtaking view. The outside area is excellent and the pool was very clean. On the other hand, the villa has seen better days inside. It needs renovation.Thank you.

I also think that the description should also state what a wonderful and amazing views out to sea that the Villa has to offer, the outstanding sunsets, we were very pleasantly surprised that the villa had to offer.

It is a nice place for spending the holidays, very well located with its seaview and the nice taverna nearby . The pool is very well maintained.

The villa is a brilliant location and the views spectacular. We previously stayed at villa yeraki and loved the experience. We will be back. The only other comment I would make is the little flying bugs can be annoying which we think come from the woodland below the villa. Again nothing really you can do about it.

We have been travelling with Agni travel, visiting various locations and villas since 2012. I have lost count the number of times we have stayed at this villa or the neighbour villa Vera. It always holds a special charm for me, the location, the closeness to some of the best beaches and places to visit. - a 10-15 min drive to Assos, Fiskardo and the famous myrtos beach, not to mention the fabulous local taverna, just a 2 minute walk from the villa, family run and serving authentic Greek dishes. We have had the most amazing holiday, what makes it easy to leave is the knowledge that we are returning to the lovely kefalonia again in 2019.

We stayed at Villa Valio for 2 weeks in August. It was probably the best Greek island holiday we have had. Kefallionia is simply beautiful in terms of its scenery and people. Agni Travel were absolutely fantastic from the initial enquiry, throughout the booking and during the stay. Any queries were dealt with promptly and professionally. The only critique I have is that the images on their website fail to do this villa justice. That is not the failure of the photographer but the beauty of the views just have to be experienced in person. They are simply breathtaking. From Valio you have panoramic views out to sea and below to pine forests and mountains in the distance. It is simply the best way in which to wake up each morning and to view sunsets each evening. The forests had a family of buzzards and listening to their calls and watching their flying was an added bonus to the stay. We even "enjoyed" a thunderstorm which was spectacular viewing across the sea and into the mountains. The villas facilities are perfectly acceptable and comfortable for a family of 4 (we were a party of 2 adults and children 16,13) but I think it might be a bit of a squash for 6 unless the additional 2 are young children. The second bathroom particularly is compact. The pool area is large meaning a feeling of peace and tranquillity is felt throughout. The villa is a few minutes walking distance to a very reasonably priced family run taverns although we considered better quality meals could be found by driving farther afield. In particular we would highly recommend Mirellas located just outside Fiscardo fir its range in menu and price. Fiscardo harbour, Assos and Myrtos are all a 20 minute drive away meaning the villa has a central location to easily accessible places of interest. In all, we had a wonderful stay and are certain to return to Kefallonia via Agni Travel in the future.

This is a review of Villa Valio. The villa was as described on the website. The upstairs shower room was extremely small but this was stated on the website. The villa was spacious with two bedrooms opening onto large terraces with tables and chairs. there was also a separate terrace outside the sitting room. The pool was very clean and well maintained and for the sole use of Villa Valio. The beds were changed and the villa cleaned half way through the week we stayed there. The view from the villa out to sea was very beautiful and the surrounding area unspoilt and quiet. Apart from the points raised above which need attention we would reccommend this comfortable villa and hope to stay again next year.

We enjoyed our stay in the villa it was very clean and had all we needed,the views were stunning and being able to walk to the lovely taverna was great.

Villa Valio is outstanding. The views are amazing. The villa was spotlessly clean as is always the case with Agni travel. The area of Vasilikades is quite and has two very good tavernas. Would definitely stay again. Maid service and general housekeeping is very good. Cannot praise it enough

Another wonderful stay in Villa Valio. The sunsets, views, peace and quiet was breathtakingly stunning. The pool fabulous. The location in relation to Fiskardo perfect for evening entertainment trips to local beaches and tavernas.

As always an excellent holiday. Villa was beautiful and well looked after. The villa service was superb - both the villa cleaning and the pool maintenance. I would also like to recommend the local taverna vegerra which is walkable from the villa. We ate here many times because of the excellent customer service and tasty good value traditional greek fare.

We had a great time at Villa Valio, it is situated in a great position and the views are to die for. The Taverna in the village was fantastic value with traditional Kefalonian food on the menu. Hope to return soon. The villa was everything we hoped for, the views were fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay in kefalonia- The villa had everything we needed. The villa description was very accurate and the view surpassed our expectations The website doesnt do justice to the the view or the taverna which is a delight to have at the end of the drive

Absolutely fabulous from the dawn chorus of the birds, the wildlife just seemed to carry on all day, butterflies in abundance attracted to the variety of flora surrounding the villa - crows trying to sabotage the buzzards - swallows taking a drink from the pool - bats giving a goodnight fly past on their supper tour. Forgot to mention about the musical rendition of the goats...well their bells, as they were transversing to their grazing areas around the foothills. A very peaceful and relaxing base for exploring Kefalonia, all mod cons, no problems villa owner Vikki who was very helpful and made us most welcome. Shame about the detour due to the earthquake but we were very pleased with the information relayed before our departure from the Agni Travel.

We were all really pleased with the property and have no negative comments about it.
