We love the location, the villa is beautiful as are the pools and garden. We have had the best time here, a family of 12 for our daughters wedding at Limni Dock. The Flyaway bar has been amazing, sorted the wedding neal for us and service was great. Taxi services have been efficient and friendly and hire cars great. We will return, as a couple to Polis area, but obviously in a smaller house. Overall, brilliant. Bryan

Rested a large family. With children from two years. It was the 5th visit to this Villa. Everybody loved it. Children love to swim in the small pool. We played football on the grass. We stayed at the Villa for four weeks. When it came time to leave, everyone wanted to stay even longer.

It is very nice property with great outdoor facilities. We had great fun with our special birthday day celebration. The swimming pool is excellent. And the outdoor catering facilities were well used.We had a couple of issues but Beach Villas and Mr Singh sorted them out.

Great villa, especially the outside space.so many different areas and the kids loved having their own swimming pool. Having a BBQ and pizza oven was a real plus. Lovely location for a chilled out family holiday, I would recommend a car though

We had a lovely time at the Villa. We enjoyed the peacefulness and space the villa afforded us. The villa has beautiful views and all the shops were only a short distance away on foot to enable us to buy food/drink.

A wonderful time had by all at this excellent villa. Sing the housekeeper is fabulous and couldnt be more helpful. Just a few snags as listed above. Beach Villass service was excellent as always.
