The villa is spacious with great views and a nice garden with a pool. Ideal for summer period. The house is clean. The location is ideal - close to the airport of Chania and ideal to discover the West side of Crete. In the mini-market all basics (including bread) can be purchased. The accomodation is very suitable for two families due to the double stairs - giving each couple its own privacy.

Lovely villa and the lady who cleaned the pool and the villa was superb- very thorough and really polite. Villa is a great base for exploring the north west of Crete, very little in the immediate area so car is essential. Beautiful weather throughout our stay, and explored many different beaches - some amongst the most beautiful- sea on the northern coasts can be very rough for young children. Souda and Marathi being the most calm in the local area. A wonderful break all in all and our first time to Crete- too big an island to explore beyond rethymno comfortably so will perhaps explore the other side of the island on a future holiday- thankyou

The property was extremely comfortable and well equipped. I would highly recommend this villa for a perfect holiday. For 6 people it was plenty big enough as we spent most of the time outdoors anyway. Great terrace and nice sea and landscape views from the pool area and the terrace. The property was really cute and had excellent value for money. One has hardly noticed anything of both. We will be using this agency again. Thanks very much for making our holiday so easy. We were worried that after looking at the photos of the villa that it wouldnt be as nice but it was lovely.

Villa was just what we had hoped for. Despite not renting a car we found that travelling by taxi and bikes to the local towns of Almyrida and Vamos as well as a night out in Chania were all very easy and enjoyable. The villa is only a short distance to Rethymno city and Maria and her team are doing a superb job.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Konstantina. The villa is comfortable and well equipped, and the service from Agni impeccable. The owner Stratos was very friendly and keen to help if we had any problems, he even bought us a free meal at his Taverna in Rhetymno. The view from the villa is spectacular and it's only a 15min walk to Aptera where there are a choice of Delightful tavernas, we ate there most days. We would be happy to stay here again. Crete is a beautiful island, especially in the western part. Kalyves was one on the best beaches we have ever visited and would recommend that to anyone. My wife and I had an extremely enjoyable week at Villa Stratos which was in good order and extremely clean. The Villa is in a great position and has good views over Souda bay the swimming pool is at present not overlooked and is very private but we did notice a property is being built which will overlook the pool when completed. Lastly I would like to compliment Pierre and Jenny who look after the villas as their service was first class and made our stay most enjoyable.

Overall an excellent holiday in a quiet location with lovely views of Souda Bay and the mountains. Great taverna in the square serving home cooked Cretan food. The beach at Kalives is sandy and long with a couple of lovely bars attached to hotels with plenty of sun beds. The ruins at Aptera are a must and a visit to the mountain villages is essential if you want to appreciate fully this part of Crete.

A wonderful place the villa is really perfect with all you can need. The maintenance Is fantastic and the response of it is perfect multilingual even in french (our mother language) very friendly and very discreet. We enjoyed very much in this place. Some restaurants are not far away the small mini market also and the supermarket INKA at 6 Km all is easy. It is a perfect place to start the visit of Chania area and of course to take relax time with the swimming pool. Agni travels organisation is very professional and we will certainly use their services and also to recommend them to all our friends. Perfect maintenance and perfect organisation BRAVO 5 stars

The villa is just perfect, situated in a very quiet and beautiful area.The Agni team is very efficient and very kind (a technical problem with the W/C reported in the afternoon and already solved as we got back from our excursion the same day) and my pair of jeans left behind sent back to Paris very quickly. Overall the villa was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. All administration beforehand and during our stay was excellent including text messages to check everything was ok.The instructions from the airport were really useful to have and helped us a lot. The rest of the villa was as described. The location was quiet and had a great view. The self catering facilities were adequate for what we needed. The pool seemed to be checked every morning (we didn't see anyone but could see the net had been used). Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms which was very welcomed in the July heat. Excellent service from Beach Villas, property as described was very quiet which is what we wanted. The village has all you need; taverna and supermarket but is also close enough to other towns such as Chania, Kalives and Rethymnon...all worth a visit.Stratos (the owner) was always available to sort any minor problems and the invite to his taverna was much appreciated.
