It was a very nice place to stay. Nice, that we had both the sunrise and sunset. The house was perfect for 4 people, and the hosts were very kind and helpful to us. It was nice that we could easily get in contact, just walking to the restaurant, which they owned. Had a very nice week there. Will definitely recommend the place.

The arrival was very comfortable. All contact with the staff was extremely friendly, courteous and uncomplicated. 100m from the accommodation there is a tavern, which apparently has the same owner as the accommodation. The food there is excellent, the staff incredibly friendly and the prices phenomenal. We have been there very often. All in all it was a great vacation.

We had a real nice stay in the area, we followed your advise to say hello to Spiros at the Taverna Vatalos, we werde offered a frappA© from the house. The key was in the locker as advised, the description to find the villa was perfect. There is no noise whatsoever, only the sound of waves and wind. We decided to make half home cooking and half eating out. The Akrotiro Vatalos bay is well situated for excursions to Chora Sfakia, Frangokastello and Plakias. Many supermarkets and tavernas in the neighborhood. A car is useful. The beach in front is a bit rocky, but you can go to Frangokastello and get sunbeds on a sandy beach. We would return at any time .

Just spent a great week at Vila Andreas. The villa is in a quiet location, and off the beaten track,, ideal if you want to get away from it all, but you need to consider this if you want to travel around the island. The beach is literally a two minute walk from the villa, it is unspoilt and not crowded. Water is warm and crystal clear. The local taverna is on the beach front offering great views. The staff are friendly staff and the food is good at a reasonable price.

We had a great stay. The villa is perfect for a two family stay with two separate entrances for what could very well be described as two apartments. The owner Spiros has the taverna Vatalos closed by and are very nice and helpful with both taxis and car rental. We celebrated my birthday at Crete and had a nice evening for which the Taverna donated a birthday cake.

If someone needs a tranquilizing relaxing holiday this place is the perfect one to be. The house is very well looked after the pool big and good for swimming. The service provided (cleaning, organization and maintenance) just excellent. We really enjoyed our time and can say this was a perfect holiday indeed. The view the open space around the property is wonderful. Sure this is not the place for people who need action lot of happening around but this peaceful holiday was what we were hoping for and we are happy that we have found it. We visited Andreas Beach Villa in May and loved it so we returned in October. Had another wonderful holiday. The location is very peaceful close to the beach and Taverna. You need a car as it is a good walk from the village. Excellent website very descriptive all the information we could want. Property was well maintained and the Agni Team were very helpful.

Loved it! If you are looking for a remote, low key, private experience, this is the place! Groceries, toiletries, and beach supplies available down the street at a small shop just a ten minute walk away. We loved the restaurant, which was only a two minute walk away. Best food ever! We ate tzatziki everyday. We rented the Theo Beach villa with 6 adults and one baby and had room for two more adults. Nice sand beach, also two minute walk away. The location is beautiful, mountains to the north, Mediterranean Sea to the south. We also hiked down the shore, past the beach (need tennis shoes or hiking sandals), tall cliffs, crashing waves, mountain view, it's breath taking! We stayed four nights

Andreas villa is based in a beautiful area in south Crete . Villa has amazing views of the mountains and sea. You can swim in the pool and see the mountain and sea views as you swim - fabulous The beach is a 5-10 min walk from the villa . The beach is quiet and is great for children . We were very impressed with the size of the villa which was bigger than we expected . During our stay the sheets and towels were changed several times. Villa was clean and comfortable . We went here in early June with our 4yr son and a friend with a son of similar age. The villa is in a great location with the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. Sunny weather with a nice mountain breeze made for perfect conditions around the pool or at the beach. The villa has two 2 bed apartments with separate entrances so it was perfect for us. Its a short walk to the small sandy beach in front and a 5 min drive to the Fort and a larger sandy beach ideal for kids as it slopes gently and the water is quite calm. We were two families staying at Theo Beach Villa and we all had a fantastic holiday. The villa was of high standard and was very well equipped for 8 of us (which included a 4 year old and an eight year old) and was made even better with having two separate living quarters (two kitchen two living areas etc). The outside space was fantastic and made better with the superb mountain and sea views. The location of the Villa was ideal with well stocked supermarkets close by (some within walking distance and some a quick drive in the car) and an excellent Taverna with great food which was priced reasonably at the end of the villa drive which was right next to a fantastic beach which had crystal
