We had an absolute great stay at Theo Beach Villa. Our kids (and we) loved the pool and the lovely nearby beach. The house was regularly cleaned during our stay and the towels always changed. There was also a nice "welcome package" (bread, oranges, wine etc.) waiting for us upon arrival. The owners, who run the excellent taverna close to the house, are also always very friendly and there to help. When we had a problem with the refrigerator it was fixed within an hour! We also always enjoyed the great sea and mountain view from our balcony when we had a coffee there. All in all we had a fantastic time at Theo Beach and Frangokastello and will definitely be back soon.

We had a great stay again. The location of the villa is excellent and the house itself is well equipped and cleaned regularly. Very friendly owners, who also run the taverna just a short walk down the road close to the beach. It is a great location for a family holiday while it is still peaceful and relaxcing. We would recommend a rental car for the stay since Frangokastello itself is a bit remote. We will definitely be back soon!

We had a great stay. The villa is perfect for a two family stay with two separate entrances for what could very well be described as two apartments. The owner Spiros has the taverna Vatalos closed by and are very nice and helpful with both taxis and car rental. We celebrated my birthday at Crete and had a nice evening for which the Taverna donated a birthday cake.

A great villa for a large family. We had such fun in the pool and eating at the huge table under the Veranda with a sea view. The magnificent mountain views are unreal and unforgettable from the balconies and pool. The villa is very well equipped for dining in which we did often. 17 days of bliss.

We went here in early June with our 4yr son and a friend with a son of similar age. The villa is in a great location with the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other. Sunny weather with a nice mountain breeze made for perfect conditions around the pool or at the beach. The villa has two 2 bed apartments with separate entrances so it was perfect for us. Its a short walk to the small sandy beach in front and a 5 min drive to the Fort and a larger sandy beach ideal for kids as it slopes gently and the water is quite calm. We had a wonderful holiday and cant wait to go back

We were two families staying at Theo Beach Villa and we all had a fantastic holiday. The villa was of high standard and was very well equipped for 8 of us (which included a 4 year old and an eight year old) and was made even better with having two separate living quarters (two kitchen two living areas etc). The outside space was fantastic and made better with the superb mountain and sea views. The location of the Villa was ideal with well stocked supermarkets close by (some within walking distance and some a quick drive in the car) and an excellent Taverna with great food which was priced reasonably at the end of the villa drive which was right next to a fantastic beach which had crystal clear waters and was excellent for snorkelling and had lovely sandy parts and was very quiet and peaceful. There were also quite a few more Tavernas in the area which could be reached to by walking or a quick drive in the car. The whole holiday was fantastic and the Villa and surrounding area meet all our parties needs and was made more special by being in such a stunning part of Crete. The Villa was in excellent condition and the few minor issues we did have were resolved straight away after being reported.
