We visit Katelios every year and always stay in Agni villas. Our favourite wasn't available this year so we booked Villa Semeli. Great location and within easy walking distance to the beach and tavernas. Beautifully maintained with gorgeous plants and flowers in the grounds. Lovely pool and patio furniture.

We have stayed at Villa Ismini several times over the last few years and it never disappoints. The villa is in a great location, with great views of the countryside, and only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Katelios - a small, unspoiled village with some great tavernas on the beachfront. The villa is really well maintained and has everything you need. There was a very generous welcome pack on arrival. The pool is wonderful, with plenty of seating and umbrellas for making the most of the outdoor space. Tina, Costas and their team were all lovely, very friendly and they ensured our stay was as wonderful as ever - thank you! We will definitely look to return again in the future.

Villa Semeli was lovely it had everything you could ever need home from home. The housekeeper was such a lovely lady and kept the Villa and pool area spotless she couldn't do enough for you, worth her weight in gold.A hamper was there on on arrival with some lovely products to see us through for a couple of days which was greatly appreciated. The owners called in just to make sure everything was ok, very nice people.

Our holiday was just beautiful. Kefalonia is a beautiful, beautiful place. The villa was all that wed hoped for, amazing and the swimming pool was fantastic. The view of the mountains and the beautiful flowers was just breath taking. The local tavernas, supermarket and bakery had everything we needed and the food was absolutely lovely. The best holiday I have ever had, truly a fantastic time, thank you so much for all of your help leading up to, during and coming home from the holiday. The location and Villa Semeli are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars...You need only a 10-minute drive to Skala and to a wide selection of bars, cafes restaurants, and shops. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 15-20 minute drive you can reach Poros and Lourdata where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the pool. They are magnificent. The children loved the pool and terrace and played there almost all day which in turn gave us a break too! Everyone in Katelios was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also visited Skala and Poros and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Beach Villas Team was extremely helpful they gave us a lot of useful information and contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with them again for next year.

We had the most amazing time in Villa Fedra! The villa and surroundings are exactly like on the photos. The nearest beach (Paralia Katelios), is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. The villa has everything you need. I cant say enough about Villa Fedra and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The Villa Fedra and Katelios/Kefalonia were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. The location fully met our desires to where we could do day trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. Set in beautiful countryside, the villa was very comfortable and private. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces both around the BBQ, pool, and terrace! Sitting on the balcony on what is our last day watching the clouds approach with promised thunder and rain is just as stunning as the sunny days we have enjoyed over the past two weeks in this beautiful villa on the outskirts of quaint Katelios. It's our second time here - it won't be our last. It's cool, the beds are so soft, the pool delicious and the kitchen equipped for any recipe you may wish to try. There's even an outdoor kitchen BBQ and pizza oven. Villa Fedra was a prefect choice for us, location is brilliant with a choice of restaurant and beach front within a 15 minutes walk away. The villa is very private and highly secured. We had a great time at Villa Fedra. Having stayed previously in Villa Ismini we knew that this villa would be excellent in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The setting is peaceful but the villa is within walking distance of the village and beach. Villa Fedra is very spacious and we were grateful for the comfort of the sitting room in the villa as the weather was unseasonably chilly at night. Once again I had the most enjoyable and relaxing holiday in Kefalonia. The cleanliness of the Villa on arrival was to very high standards. Aida was there to welcome me with her normal cheeriness and is always pleased to see me as a returning customer ( I have been visiting since 2012). Nothing is ever too much for Aida. She even brought me and the neighbouring villas lemons from her garden for us to enjoy. She is amazing. Already counting down to my next stay at the end of August.

We had a great holiday and Ada the cleaner who is a character was brilliant and called on us regularly Thimios the caretaker was also excellent. He met us on arrival (11.00 pm), came in 10 minutes when we locked ourselves out, and cleaned the pools up quickly after some fores on the surrounding hills Katelious is a jewel, its very unspoilt, no huge developments, very friendly people and some superior restaurants. We loved it.

Our holiday in Villa Fedra in Kefalonia is probably one of the best we have experienced. The villa and its pool is perfect clean secure with pretty much everything you need. The cleaner is very friendly and dedicated coming every 2 - 3 days. We had a great stay at Villa Fedra we had wanted to stay in Katelios and be walking distance to tavernas and this was perfect for us. Our welcome from the caretaker and cleaner was great and so friendly with our children too. The villa is very well maintained and cleaned and well appointed. As others have noted spiral staircases but in the day we used the outside steps and we had no issues with young children once the novelty wore off. Our third stay at Villa Ismini and as always a wonderful holiday. The villa is very well equipped and always clean and well maintained. The views are wonderful and it is in a quiet setting with a great pool area that gets the sun all day but has plenty of shade from the heat of the day too. A fifteen minute stroll down to the seafront and lovely tavernas. We would definitely recommend Villa Ismini to anyone wanting a quiet holiday in lovely surroundings and everything you need within walking distance if you do not want to rely on a car every day. A fabulous much needed holiday. Great villa in a lovely location, inexpensive restaurants with good food at excellent prices. Everyone was so friendly and the sunshine was amazing! I can't rate Beach Villas highly enough. The houses are always of a high standard full information is always given prior to the holiday and you feel that there are people there to help you out whilst you are there should you need them. Taxi transfers were all smooth and on time and the driver so helpful and informative.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Villa Semeli and would not hesitate to return. We enjoyed the walk to and from Katelios on an evening and thought that the villa was ideally placed to benefit from peace and quiet yet still having the amenities of the village close by. The villa was very comfortable and well thought out with access to the pool and sun area from both the lounge and lower level kitchen.The villa is spacious and very well appointed and the air-conditioning is a real bonus. A delightful villa in a lovely part of the island with a comfortable stroll to all the lovely beach-side tavernas. A magnificent example of a treasure that is far enough from the village to feel secluded yet near enough to feel a part of it.We will be returning next year Excellent and comprehensive description of both the villa and local amenities.

What a wonderful villa in a wonderful place. From the moment we were greeted by the owner and the maintenance man, to the huge hugs we received when leaving, it was two weeks of sheer bliss. Even the three cats made us welcome. A small mini-market provided all that we could want and the walk into the main village took us past villas and tavernas - even a melon field. This is the second year that we have stayed in Katelios and we are seriously thinking about returning next year - to the same villa. Thank you again - we would recommend Beach Villas to everyone.

We had a lovely time and found the island to be very pretty with all the flowers and the lovely blue water. Everywhere we went, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Everything was great. Kefalonia is beautiful and we will definitely come back. The villa was lovely. The local people are friendly and helpful. the location of the villa was perfect for us as it was quite and away from touristy places. Great holiday Agni travel agency was very helpful and definitely the best travel agent we have ever booked with. We will be using this agency again Thanks very much for making our holiday so easy We were worried that after looking at the photos of the villa that it wouldnt be as nice but it was lovely. Very clean and modern with everything you would need for a home away from home. Very impressed.

I found this villa by chance and we had a fabulous holiday. The situation was idyllic with views of the mountains and the standard of equipment and dcor was really good. Absolutely excellent villa. Both Thimios and the cleaner (unfortunately we did not get her name) were both first class in taking care of us. Thimios had to be called at 7am one morning as there was a power cut and we could not open the drive gates to leave as we had a ferry booked and he came out straight away. They were both very thorough and extremely friendly and welcoming. We were very sorry to leave them

Overall the Villa was lovely It was spacious and comfortable the pool was lovely and always very clean The garden well kept pretty. Nice location .We had a relaxing time with mainly lovely weather. We love Kefallonia it was our 7th visit it was the 1st for our daughter though but she loved it too Thank you Beach Villas for your trouble free friendly communication throughout

Villa Semeli was an attractive property albeit a little on the small side for us. It was well-prepared for our visit was very clean on arrival and throughout the holiday thanks to the daily maid service. The villa had high-quality appliances cutlery and crockery which was really appreciated. The villa was ideally situated for walking to the local facilities of Katelios and for easy car travel to Skala Argostoli and Lassi. It was very peaceful but not secluded and you could easily walk to tavernas pool bars mini-markets bread shop etc and the beachbeach bars were also within easy walking distance. The grounds were level with steps into the villa but we did feel that the internal staircase
