Villa Renzo is a charming detached one-story house in a stunning panoramic location. The villa features an open-plan living and dining area with a cozy fireplace, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped kitchen. Inside the main house, there are three air-conditioned bedrooms: one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower, a second double bedroom, and a twin bedroom. Additionally, there is a shared family bathroom with a shower.

A separate annex, with its own private entrance, houses the fourth bedroom-a comfortable double room with A/C and an en suite bathroom with a shower, offering extra privacy for guests.

From the pool area and the covered terrace, guests can take in breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and the shimmering sea, creating the perfect setting for relaxation.

Villa Renzo was lovely and made our holiday memorable! It was clean and the cleaner visited us two times during our stay for a light cleaning and to change the bedding and towels. The outside area was well planned with an amazing swimming pool. Most important, we got a great view from the balcony. Having a BBQ was a real plus. Honestly, we were so lucky to have such a wonderful outside area to prepare food!!! I highly recommend this villa for your next holiday!

Everything was superb! The inside of the villa was so comfortable and there was everything that we needed during our holiday. It had a terrace with a dining area and BBQ, which made our holiday unforgettable. The sea views from the terrace and swimming pool were amazing. While we were there we also visited Siracusa and Marina di Modica and spent a wonderful time there. Thoroughly enjoyed it, would highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Good overall experience. The villa is cozy and has more than everything you could need, wonderful grounds, a pool everything! Also, what could be better than sitting out on the huge terrace enjoying the morning sun and a stunning sea view? During our stay there, we also visited Spiaggia di ponente and Spiaggia Micenci, where we really enjoyed swimming and sunbathing. We warmly recommend this villa to everyone.
