After the private off-road parking, following a stony pathway, there is a sheltered patio with dining area and the villa's entrance that leads into the open plan living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with granite work-tops. The property consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms (all with twin beds and one with ensuite bathroom) as well as another family bathroom. The garden includes a private swimming pool with sunbeds and BBQ facilities.

Booked a villa in Lanzarote last year through this company. The Villa Cortijo was as well spectacular, with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. We liked to book a villa in a private isolated setting far from the outside world and we found the Villa Cortijo to be our best holiday retreat. Its a nice quiet location but is still near to Alcudia and other local amenities: beaches, tavernas, bars, etc. Overall nice holiday. Thank you, Agni for being extremely helpful & giving us lots of useful information & contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with you again for next year.
The holiday was fantastic, the pool was a great size and despite the early time of the year, already quite warm. The location was quiet which we really appreciated but close enough to Alcudia that a taxi back at night was just around a‚¬10 Proximity to Pollenca was also great, shopping was 5 mins away and the baker opens are 7.30 :-) The drive from the airport was super easy. All in all, couldnt have wished for better. Thank you!
Perfect for families or couples holidays. The villa has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. We love the garden and pool. All perfect!!
No idea why anyone would give the property a bad review. Perfect location in quiet surroundings!!! Lovely to sit out and relax with a glass of wine.
