The location fully met our desires to where we could do day-trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. Set in beautiful countryside, the villa was very comfortable and private. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces both around the BBQ, pool, and on the upper terrace! We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Pollensa and Alcudia are ( both reachable within a short 5-10 minutes drive) The villa is cozy, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

Terrace, pool, beds, and barbecue everything was just as it should be. We made good use of the terrace in the evenings to look at the starry sky and enjoy the cool countryside breeze. The area itself is great in every way. We enjoyed our holiday very much and already booked this villa for next year as well.

The whole process couldnt have been easier from booking and paying online detailed instructions on finding the villa a clean and well-presented property. It is a beautiful house amid mountain trees with a great terrace surrounded by lots of natural shades. The property was completely safe and the outside dining area was great for al fresco dining. The Villa was just what we wanted it met all my expectations for a quiet natural getaway. We also visited Pollensa and Alcudia which are within 10-15 drive. Nice friendly people and nice tasty cuisine in local tavernas/restaurants there. It was a really relaxed 7 days holiday and we will definitely book again!

The outside space is perfect for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine. It is located in the quiet countryside with a great natural landscape- mountain trees, fresh air, great sceneries etc. It takes only 3 min short drive to Pollensa Old Town and to beaches. The villa was clean, spacious, and private, and we couldnt have asked for a better location. Very quiet location in a perfect setting. The inside of the home was cozy and comfortable. I would recommend staying here for sure.

Great views over the natural landscape from the upper terrace and a very nice pool. The location is very quiet and private and you are not overlooked. It has a nice layout with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen/dining area with a great patio outside. The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing getaway from it all holiday. We used the BBQ area almost every day and tried the recipes from local people to prepare ourselves delicious food. It was a very nice short vacation in a dreamlike environment. The weather could have been more summery, but we felt very comfortable in Villa Ciutada.

Our family stayed at villa and it was just perfect. I choose the villa based on pictures on website and I surely wasnt disappointed. The view was nice and private. I wasnt tired of looking at the greenery around the villa. Our daughter was equally trilled with the villa. Her husband also enjoyed the pool. We had a pleasant stay and at this moment they are starting to plan another holiday at villa Ciutada.

Charming and clean villa with total privacy. This villa was well equipped and we enjoyed relaxing outdoors for a meal. The owners were very nice and discrete. The old town itself is breathtaking, historical and has wonderful restaurants and bars. We enjoyed spending time at the main beach at Porto Pollensa most dog the time. We enjoyed eating the locals food and tapas You must stay at this place if you want to enjoy Mallorca.

The property itself was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was modern and well stocked with pots, pans etc. The bedrooms were comfortable. The pool was a good size and cleaned. We enjoyed our BBQ and Pergola provided. We had a great holiday!!)

We had a very great time at Villa Ciutada. When we arrived we found a spotless Villa?Great outdoor for family cooking on the BBQ. We had a lot of great meals right from home. Pool is a nice size kids really enjoyed the pool. We had a car so we went everywhere and really loved the town.

Our Family Spent two weeks here, and it never felt crowded. Kids really enjoyed the the lovely clear pool. Very convenient placed for lots of really nice restaurants and bars. The villa is well equipped with spacious outdoor dining, and everything required to cook a bbq was available as we spend evenings outdoors. This Villa is in a private location. We hired a car for explorations and had a wonderful time.

Very nice villa in a country setting. WIFI is a nice touch in the villa. Good size for a group of 4 people, you dont feel cramped, especially with the lovely outside eating area.

Loved it. Mallorca very special.

I enjoyed all aspects of the holiday can’t fault your assistance from start to finish The car hire was the only let down had to wait 3.5 hours to get the hire car witch encroached on our first day

A must stay at Villa Ciutada, Charming and clean. And totally private. The owners were very nice and discrete. The old town itself is breathtaking, historical and with wonderful restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the beautiful weather and visited the main beach at Porto Pollensa most days. We enjoyed living like the locals and eating tapas!.

Immaculately clean property located just over a mile along country roads from the town of Pollenca. You will need a car for this property. Pollenca did not disappoint. A lovely town with great shops and a vast array of restaurants to suit every budget. Great base for exploring the north west of Mallorca We had a couple of issues during our stay. One with the AC and another with the pool. In both instances our problems were resolved to our full satisfaction quickly and professionally.
