Reseñas — Villa Riva

I booked Villa Riva this August 2026. The villa was lovely and clean when we arrived, as was the pool. Check in was easy and Kadir the owner, who lives close by, was on hand throughout our stay to sort out any minor issues. The views from the balcony are nice abd the villa has 3 proper bathrooms which helped as we have 4 kids. We went to Kalkan last year but I think fir families, Oludeniz was much better us as we didnt have a car and everything for kids is only a short taxi ride away. Most excursions have free transfer anyway. I highly recommend this Villa as they were great at communicating and responded straight away if we had any issues I.e we had a brief power cut and cooker would not work after but it was fixed within 20mins... The villa is well located in Ovacik. Close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. Blue lagoon beach is no more than a 10 min taxi ride costing about A£6ish

A beautiful property and a beautiful holiday in fact we are hoping to return again next summer. Thank you!

The property had enough space to accommodate our family and enjoyed the shops and restaurants in the area, we will definitely visit again.

Thanks to all the Beach Villas team for help and support. We had an amazing time exploring the area and visited the Orka Water Park which was perfect!

The villa had top-of-the-range specifications and facilities inside and outside. The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space, the beds are comfortable too.

Simply perfect. The location was great and the villa was spotless and modern.
